How much do I earn as a courier?
You receive the full price of every delivery. The 12% service fee is paid by the sender on top. You always see the exact payout amount before accepting a job. Multiple jobs at the same time are allowed — there is no limit.
Which vehicle can I use?
Bike, cargo bike, car or van — all are welcome. You state your vehicle when you sign up and then receive matching jobs along your route. For bulky shipments you also state your load capacity.
Do I have to work fixed hours?
No. You decide when you are on the road — there are no minimum hours and no shifts. You accept jobs that fit a route you are taking anyway and simply decline the rest.
When do I get paid?
The sender pays the amount into a secure escrow account before the trip. Once delivery is confirmed via QR code or 6-digit code, your share is automatically released for payout.
How do I sign up as a courier?
Create an account, choose the courier role in your settings, set your base location and have your driver's license checked. For your first 10 jobs an automatic license check is enough; after that there is a one-time identity verification.
Where can I take jobs?
You set a base location with a radius (50 miles/50 km by default). You are offered jobs along your planned routes — including longer trips between cities.
